While in Costa Rica for vacation, I brought this Fire Dragon Geocoin to Arenal Volcano, one of the ten most active volcanoes in the world. Unfortunately, despite my two-day stay near the volcano, it never erupted! Nonetheless, I was able to capture a picture of the geocoin with the volcano in the background as well as a pic at the entrance to the national park. I'll bring this geocoin back with me to California and drop it in a more lively cache (as opposed to leaving it in one of the dormant ones in Costa Rica) in hopes that someone else can bring it to another volcano (perhaps an even more active one) in the world!

I'm headed to Costa Rica and figure it would be appropriate that this fire dragon come with me. After all, this dragon's goal says "To plunge into the core of the Earth" and I can't think of a more perfect way to do so than plunging into an active volcano!

I'm taking this dragon to Mordor and dropping it in the depths of Mount Doom where it will never be found again. BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!. jk
