La crêpe dans tous ses états

Krampouezh ou crêpe.
En Bretagne, on mange des krampouezh. La crêpe est un mets composé d'une très fine couche de pâte à base de farine de blé ou de sarrasin, généralement de forme ronde, cuite sur les deux faces. Elle se mange comme plat principal ou comme dessert.
Recette de crêpe blé noir :
Pour 12 crêpes :
50 grammes de farine de froment,
200 grammes de farine de blé noir,
6 grammes de gros sel,
50 centilitres d’eau.
Mélangez les ingrédients avec 25 centilitres d’eau, battre au batteur puis ajouter le reste d’eau. Laisser reposer 2 heures au frais. Etaler la pate sur une plaque de fonte, laissez cuire un peu, puis poser du fromage et du jambon. Servir chaud.

 Recette de crêpe froment sucré :
Pour 12 crêpes :
200 grammes de farine de froment,
40 grammes de farine de blé noir,
130 grammes de sucre,
10 grammes de sucre vanillé,
1 œuf,
1 litre de lait.
Mélangez les ingrédients puis cuire sur une plaque de fonte. Ajoutez un bon morceau de beurre et dégustez.
 
Krampouezh or crepe.
In Britain, we eat krampouezh. The pancake is a dish made of a thin layer of paste made of wheat flour or buckwheat, generally round, baked on both sides. It is eaten as a main dish or dessert.
Buckwheat crepe recipe:
Makes 12 pancakes:
50 grams of wheat flour,
200 grams of buckwheat flour,
6 grams of salt, 50 cl of water.
Mix ingredients with 25 cl of water, beat the batter then add remaining water. Let stand for 2 hours. Roll out the dough on a sheet of iron, cook a little, then put cheese and ham. Serve hot.
 
Sweet corn pancake recipe:
Makes 12 pancakes:
200g wheat flour,
40 grams of buckwheat flour,
130 grams sugar,
10 grams vanilla sugar,
1 egg,
1 liter of milk.
Combine ingredients and cook on a cast iron plate. Ajut a good piece of butter and enjoy.
