My first travel bug 'Wandering Womble' sadly lies at peace in the UK Travel Bug Graveyard after some kind soul stole her temporary home. Her brother, MacWomble, now continues the quest for the infamous 'Miss Piggy Burger'.
MacWomble's quest is to make his way, by whatever means possible, to Crotty's Bar in Killaloe, Co. Clare, Ireland. Many hours have I spent in this bar after a hard days pike fishing on Lough Derg. Supping the best Guinness in the world and trying not to let the enormous 'Miss Piggy Burger' get the better of me. It would be nice if MacWomble was there, on the shelf behind the bar, to greet me when I next get the chance to visit.
UPDATE... 01/09/2003
Would you believe it... Two days after starting MacWomble off on his quest, Wandering Womble herself has turned up alive and well. The cache she was in had not been trashed at all, just 'relocated'. Maybe MacWomble can catch up with her and they can continue their quest together. That would be nice.

Sadly, Wandering Womble has been lost again, this time, it seems for good. She was abducted by Middlemas and has not been heard of since. Her tag now lies in the UK Travel Bug Graveyard... Ho hum, MacWomble will have to make the hazardous journey alone.
