Current Goal

The Cachekinz's name is Grafton Butterfly. The goal is to get the item in each of the 48 states in continental United States.


UPDATE ---   It started out in Montana on July 24, 2010 and as of May 14, 2014, it has been in Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Washington, Oregon, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, California and Nevada.  On May 15, 2014, the last cache it was is was disabled because the cache hadn't  been found for some time. We don't know where the Cachekinz is at this time, but hopefully it will show up and continue it's journey. Thanks to those of you who have been moving it along.          8-18-14 This Cachekinz's is missing. Geocachers have not been able to find the last cache (Beyond the Galaxy in Nevada)  it was in and it appears someone removed the cache and it's contents. If anyone knows of it's whereabouts, please let us know.

Found it today and see it has been dormant for the winter months in this cache. I will travel to South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama in early May. I'll arrange for it to log those states and will release it in Alabama. Let me know if you want it released earlier and I'll drop it somewhere in central NC.

Found a torn zip-loc with a list of states and a small copy of the posting but no butterfly. Someone must have taken it as a trade item. The remains were in GC3E1E3 Hidden Travel Bug Cabin.
