Found Flipper on Okaloosa Island (Fort Walton Beach) while geocaching with the family. Loved reading Flipper's story and are debating whether to leave him at the beach or take him on a tour of N. Alabama. :) Thanks for the fun find!

I never managed to make it out to the TN river, so I'll have to leave Flipper stranded on land. Hopefully, the nearby Hurricane Creek will help him reach the sea again.
