After being shut down by the TB Police in 2009, it looks like the Pater Chips Ahoy TB may again be logged! Heck, we'll give it a shot.

About This Item

THE MASS PRODUCED TRAVEL BUG Yes, there are literally hundreds of Pater Chips out there. They ALL have the same tb#. The place where you retrieve it most likely will NOT be where it's listed. Don't worry - the world isn't coming to an end. Also, it doesn't matter what you do with it.
Grab it.
Discover it.
Retrieve it.
Do nothing.
then:
Place it in another cache.
Keep it.
Collect the whole set (Red, Green, Blue, White, and the rare Black)).
Gather up a bunch of 'em and stick them in your neighbor's muffler.
Give it away as a Christmas present.
It Doesn't Matter!
EVERY SIGNATURE PATER CHIP I RELEASE WILL HAVE THIS TB# ON IT. WHEN YOU LOG IT, YOU NEVER KNOW WHERE IT WILL BE LISTED AS BEING. JUST GRAB IT OR RETRIEVE WHEREVER IT MAY BE.
Uh, why do these all have the same number?
Glad you asked! Over the years, I've spent a small fortune in TBs and Geocoins only to see practically every one that I released disappear almost immediately. Since there are already hundreds of Pater Chips circulating (and several hundred more in my car), there's no way this "one" will never disappear!

    When out and about with the Bois, my newly Geo-initiated best friends, Williat and JackieBoy, we made a plan to knock out a decent chunk of the safer caches in Jackson. Taking a dip at the Natural History Museum, we came to this one first, each of our first letterbox style caches. Find this nice little chip in there as a pleasant surprise!
