Share the great GeoTriad finds with those who might be too far away to get there themselves. Please keep it moving from cache to cache. We were saddened to see the A.P.E. cache archived the year after we found it - but were glad we were able to complete this goal before that happened. If you've been to any of the Triad caches, share your story with us.
We completed the GeoTriad on June 24-25, 2010, on a great trip to the Pacific Northwest. We not only completed the Triad of the Original Stash, the 5-mile hike to the A.P.E. cache, and Groundspeak Headquarters, we also found the early caches of GC12, GC16, GC17, and GC142. Hubby had wanted to visit the original for quite some time, and the missus has been working on getting us to complete the Jasmer Challenge (4 months completed on this trip). We had a great long weekend, getting there the week before Geowoodstock 8 to beat the crowds!
So many Geocoins go missing, and this was one of those. We have decided to send out a proxy to keep this one alive. We DO love to see how far they can travel, but so disappointing when they disappear. We hope you'll keep this proxy coin moving for us.
