Current Goal

This is a money bug. If it left its home someone found a "Cash cashe"! If you like, help it on it's way with a dollar or two.

About This Item

This bug was meant to run the "green" highway. When it left home it carried $20.00 in his pocket! In order for it to leave home someone had to answer a riddle that was included in the original cache. The answer of this riddle led them to the home of "Green Buggy" ( no coordinates given).

I'm not sure how far the initial $ will get him but I'm sure it will take him somewhere far and away. If possible when you place the bug, give him a dollar or two and help him on his way to his next location.

As the Mad Tea-Party is temporarily disabled until I find a more secure hiding place for that cache in Central Park, I grabbed this bug to keep it moving along. After all, no one wants to have their money just sitting around so I will put it to work (and hope it pays/attracts interest)! 🙂 Traded the $10 bill with a Georged ten and added an Irish penny for good luck. Will drop in another cache (probably in Westchester) soon.

I found this money hungey TB on the coast of Georgia. It looked like it really wanted to get somewhere there was real money to be found. Failing that, maybe just a larger city. So it's going to NYC.

As an aside, this is perhaps the most minimalist TB I've ever seen. The only thing left to do would be to just put out the dog tags by itself. Hmm, what a great idea.

Found it in the Horton's Hideaway cache and will be taking it to a cache near the Savanah Georgia area next week. We will be adding some currency from Egypt to the bounty.

Made a second trip this morning to complete stage 2 of the sad saga of the Toasted Farm House. After several minutes of stirring through the ghosts of Christmas past, I found the Green Buggy with money in hand and anxiously waiting to travel. The amazing thing is that on the first trip I had held him in my hand and didn't realize it. Perhaps he was too cold to hold without gloves as he was quite Frosty that day. Very soon he will continue his travels. May drop him off in the best cache I've seen this weekend.
