I want the Puerto Rico island (Borikén) to travel around the world and make lots of new friends. My sister and I love tracking travel bugs and finding new places on our map. We would like to see pictures of where Borikén goes. Please don't keep Borikén. Help Borikén make its way to cool new places! We would especially love to see pictures from around the world. Hello, I am 6 years old and I was born in Florida. My sister was born in Colorado. My mom was also born in Florida. My papi was born in Puerto Rico. My abuelo, abuela, and papi's family are all from Puerto Rico. My grandparents were born in Canada. My great grandparents were born in Japan. My other great grandparents were born in Ireland and Scotland. I have learned about all these places from my mom, papi, abuelos, and grandparents. I like hearing about all these places and want to go visit someday. This travel bug is one of seven pieces of six (Ay!) representing where my family is from. Puerto Rico is a small island in the Caribbean. Home to "El Yunque", the only tropical rain forest in the United States. It has many beautiful beaches such as Playa Flamenco, Luquillo, and Isla Verde. At dusk you can hear the Coqui, a small frog whose call sounds like his name. Most puertoricans speak Spanish and English. My sister and I are learning to speak Spanish. Hola, como estas? Puedo jugar DS?
