"Buta" means "Pig" or "Pork" in Japanese. So, Buta-Chan's name means it is a close and friendly pig. Buta-Chan's mission is to travel all over the United States to collect pictures and information on the very best places to enjoy Pork!! �� Then return to Japan and collected the same type of information to share with all that find (or have found) Buta-Chan or are interested in his travels and mission.

Ribs, roast-pork, BBQ Pork, "pulled-pork", tender pork cutlets, ALL kinds of Pork!! There are almost endless ways to prepare and serve Pork and Buta-Chan wants to travel to collect pictures and information on as many good places as possible. Please take photos, and if possible, please record the Lat/Long and names of good places where pork can be enjoyed!!
