    We "discovered" this TB in GC3BQ2T and "retrieved" it, but cannot officially mark it as "retrieved" since its having been "placed" in GC3BQ2T was never recorded. (I.E., we were not given the option to "retrieve" the TB in posting this log.)
    Will attempt to provide some points before passing it along to another cache.
    If/when previous holder officially "places" the TB we will edit out post.

    I actually found this in a cache number GC1E17F, first in line, in Walnut Creek, CA. I read some of your requirements and will try to get you a few points this week.
