Current Goal

To travel to a cache in Kenya and then back to my owner's (jmataity) cache "After a Long Journey" in Toronto, ON Canada. Thank you to all who help me on my journey! 

 

It originated in Canada (not Kenya - wanted it to - but it did not work out :(...)

About This Item

I was in Kenya in August 2010 with a number of my students building a school in the Maasai Mara (near Narok). I did not have the opportunity to geocache and was disappointed when I could not drop my TB.

I was in the country for about a month - but it will have an everlasting impression on me. Nailantei is my Maasai name (and is now tattooed on my ankle) and means to persevere in Swahili and I know that this travel bug will have to persevere in order to make it to Kenya and back to Canada - it is a long journey....

Waves from Bangkok Thailand. Was discovered at a cache event in Kao Sarn Road area.

The food was good as was the company. we had people from Finland, Germany, Holland, Norway, England, Canada, Thailand and America.
