Current Goal

Hi there, I'm Blastoff Buzz. In order to help me get "To Infinity ... and Beyond!" as I travel to various Geocaches around the world, I like to get launched into outer space in model and high power rockets. So my goal, in addition to traveling over the surface of the planet from cache to cache is to also travel vertically between caches.

Blastoff Buzz is a Buzz Lightyear keychain that likes to get launched as a payload / passenger in model or high power rockets.

His first launch was to 1807 ft. on April 24 2010, at a CMASS (cmass.org) launch in Amesbury MA.

OOPS...... I am really sorry. I retrieved Buzz on our 1 day down and back visit to AirVenture and completely forgot he was in my backpack until I found him today. I'll get him placed in a new cache shortly. Once again, I apologize for not logging/moving him sooner.

"heard rumors of a spaceport in a place called flo-ri-da and have decided to investigate. Took standard fixed-wing vessel from previous station to near this location. Currently well camoflaged in local underbrush at 'Recycling #2 -- Lawnmower nightmare' base. Waiting for further transport. Climate is warm and humid, so I hope it comes soon - my visor keeps fogging up. Lightyear out."
