    We think that we discovered the trackable, but are unsure. What we found in the Curacao Travel Bug Port of Call (GC24E99) was a stack of sheets of paper stapled together with the number on the front. The paper is in poor shape and hard to read. We were wondering if there was supposed to be some other object attached to it, but from looking at your photo perhaps this is it. We left it there to be taken by someone else.
