To "fly" to anywhere an eagle may fly. Interpretation of that is up to you. Just don't throw it, it prefers controlled flight since it has no inherent control. Anyway, it is starting out at a clearing (thanks to the timber industry) that offers some nice views and snags which eagles like. OK, no nearby water which they also like but so it goes. The road is a challenge if any significant wetness is present, don't even try it if snow levels have been below 3000' recently. A pleasant drive in dry weather, road is in quite good condition. The eagle just wants to travel to eagle-like areas. Expansive views or actual flights would be nice. Fly Free, American Eagle!
This is also a tribute to all the "boys" who served in the Airborne Rangers, hence the "Eagle" it is attached to. I have a Bro-in-law who was a Ranger Officer in Vietnam (Hi, Chuck) and I was told that I was Airborne-qualified during my induction physical in 1970 (meaning that I could distinguish between "red" and "green" so I could tell when the light turned "green" and I would know when to jump out of a perfectly well-functioning airplane) so I thought it would be nice to acknowledge all those brave souls who actually did jump.
