About This Item

The "Albany Eagle" is a F-15 Eagle currently based at Albany International Airport, Albany, New York at the Air National Guard facility. Its mission is to fly across the US and other parts of the World as conditions allow. No time limit or budget concerns will effect this mission, only weather, political stability, and assistance from fellow Geocachers. Tim(6yr)is mission coordinator and asks for your help in this effort. The "Albany Eagle" has been spotted recently making low passes over the airfield in preparation to begin its first leg.

  • Adventures in Space Special telescope images have just been received that show that Albany Eagle had many secret missions in deep space during the time it was with DLM.
  • Buried in Boxes One of the reasons Albany Eagle was with DLM so long was that we were in the middle of a move!! Our sincere thanks to Albany Eagle for all of the help packing and unpacking - he deserves some real R&R now.

After doing a six-item multi-cache, we decided we deserved a special treat, so we took Albany Eagle. He's currently on R&R in Delaware, but we plan to give him some interesting missions, including a fly-by of the important attractions in Philadelphia to make certain everything is still safe.

  • All's Well in Philly Albany Eagle did a fly-by of the Philadelphia National Historical Park and confirmed that all is well there.
