I started geocaching on a more regular basis in 2010 when my first son was born. Before having children my husband and I spent quite a few of our vacations travelling around the western US, mainly hiking and backpacking in the national parks. When I bought this coin I thought it would be an appropriate mission to travel to the western US. I will follow its travels and hope it visits some of the parks where I have spent time.

If you take the coin to national parks, monuments etc I will greatly appreciate pictures!

Grabbed this coin from my lunch event in The Woodlands, Texas today.
What a neat coin!

Heading to Colorado in about 2 months to the mountains, so I will try and take it there unless I pass it off to someone else before then.
