I am going to keep the goal of this trackable what it was... If you see it, by all means take it, as long as you log it! You need to be willing to give it up to the next cacher who sees it on your car, though.

Found this in the hands of my good friend buzzy_cacher at an event tonight- cool TB! I've always wanted one like this. I'll wait for him to let me know if he wants me to grab this, but I think this should be "discover only" since this is physically on his car. TFCTB!
