Take me to a Cache to Eagle site on my way back to the copper country of Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula!
coyotetechy began scouting as Wolf Scout in Pack 234 in Walworth, Wisconsin. He moved on up through the ranks every year, completing the requirements for each rank every year until he reached the Webelo II level when he had the "Arrow of Light" ceremony. After crossing the bridge from Cub Scout to Boy Scout, he joined Troop 234, also in Walworth, and continued with it until he went to Conserve School. By that time, he had already made it to Life Scout and just had to complete some badges and his project. His project is also on Conserve School. It is an interpretative trail pointing out the different geological features of Little Donahue Lake, right behind the Lowenstine Academic Building. In addition to the signs on the trail, he made ten Leopold benches for an outdoor classroom area right next to the lake. If you would like to see his trail and the benches, please contact Conserve School beforehand at (866)547-1300. For more information on Conserve School, please visit http://www.conserveschool.org. coyotetechy completed his project during his Senior Year of high school at Conserve School in the 2009-2010 school year. As of today (May 21, 2010) coyotetechy plans to attend Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan in the Computer Network & System Administration program.
