BYO Pencil trackable

Micro-size caches don’t always seem to have as much "trackables" fun as the larger ones, so we’re doing our part to make them even more fun. This one even glows in the dark, so we’re interested to read logs about night caching AND micro-caches. Thanks in advance for helping this TB along.
