About This Item

On May 3, 2000, Dave Ulmer placed a five-gallon bucket at N 45 17.460 W122 24.800. He listed the coordinates on the Internet and Geocaching was born. The original cache contained a Delorme Topo USA and 2 CDs, a cassette recorder, a "George of the Jungle" video tape, a Ross Perot book, four $1 bills, a slingshot handle, and a can of beans. This Coin is to honor 10 Years of Geocaching!
