Rowdy is a refuse hauler. He would like to travel to as many caches as possible to spread the word about the cache in / trash out policy.If you find Rowdy sitting in a cache please take him and move him to the next cache. He gets restless just sitting around. He wants to see the world and spread his message to as many people as possible. Please remember to log him in and out and don't hold onto him for too long. And please, Rowdy asks that you pick up that trash out there, chances are it won't bite you. Rowdy would really love it if when you leave him in a cache you could leave a cito kit with him for the next cacher to use.
Rowdy is a Tonka trash hauler. He promotes cache-in / trash-out and would like you to remember to Reuse - Reduce - Recycle. Please feel free to post pictures of Rowdy helping you to pick up that trash.
