Had a delicious Mexican meal in Santa Monica, then found this cache in a neighborhood before heading to the airport on the way to Kauai!

Our first find on our own! Grabbed it and ran to the car to look inside. Not the most picturesque of locations...it was under a sign in front of a gas station at a busy intersection in Hollywood!

Our first cache on our own, and our first DNF! It was a nano - no luck, but very cool garden!

Our first cache ever! Had an awesome Dim Sum in Chinatown with Junior and Tammy and then were introduced to Geocaching for the first time (in the rain!). Had met up with them in LA for the Rose Bowl. :)
