Chuck is a dump truck. He would like to travel to as many caches as possible to spread the word about the cache in / trash out policy.
If you find Chuck sitting in a cache please take him and move him to the next cache. He gets restless just sitting around. He wants to see the world and spread his message to as many people as possible. Please remember to log him in and out and don't hold onto him for too long. And please, Chuck asks that you pick up that trash out there, chances are it won't bite you.
Chuck is a little Tonka Dump Truck and he was 'born' on Earth Day. He promotes cache-in / trash-out and would like you to remember to Reuse - Reduce - Recycle.
