About This Item

Discoverer 1

The starting point of this geocoin was the cache "The End of the World [Sagres]" (GC12CRJ) located on Cape St. Vincent nearby Sagres in the Algarve in Portugal.
This cape is the southwesternmost point of the European Continent and before the beginning of the European worldwide explorations in the 15th century it was the end of the known world.
We thought that this place is the best location to send a Geocoin to the journey whose mission it is to discover the world.
This was our 100th cache and we drop there our first Geocoin to celebrate this event.
