Just to confirm that this geocoin is probably at the bottom of Big Bear Lake, or maybe even slowly making its way down the Santa Ana River, if the cache it is in floats. That cache ("Bridge Over Troubled Water") is gone; we looked for it, despite previous DNFs, as we were in the area, anyway. All that is left is the wire that held the cache, and a pencil way down below in the drainage channel. Wish we had better news 😟
