I am a native of Brooklyn, New York and a HUGE fan of those Americans who spend their lives saving the lives of others. Our American Military, Fire Fighters, Police Officers, and even Hospital Staff who spend their entire life training and practicing to save the lives of those in need - and ask for nothing in return. My wish for this travel bug is to get it to New York at Ground Zero - and bury it there. Let it represent the honor of all those who save. The starting point for this travel bug will be the first in a series of geocache spots I will call "In Honor of the American Hero". Each site will be at or near an American Flag site.
