Dieser Travelbug symbolisiert Freude an der Welt, am Spiel, am Leben - Freude als Grundlage menschlichen Zusammenseins. Die Aufgabe besteht darin, dass der Finder sich beim Weiterschicken freuen mag, den Travelbug weiter um die Welt zu schicken und jedem Menschen Anteil an der Freude des Findens haben zu lassen.
Kurz: Der Travelbug soll den Menschen weltweit Freude bereiten, indem er gefunden und weitergeschickt wird! Zusatzaufgabe ist die Verschönerung des Travelbug mit Anhängern die Freude ausdrücken (nur wenn die Muße dazu da ist).
This Travelbug symbolizes joy in the world, the game, the life - happiness as a basis of human togetherness. The challenge is that the Finder could have fun to send the Travelbug around the world and let everyone in the world be a part of this joy.
In short: the Travelbug give pleasure to people around the world by being found and sent on! Additional task is to express the beautification of the Travelbug with trailers of joy (the leisure to do so only if there is).

Dieser Travelbug soll um die Welt gehen um die Menschen aus Ost und West, aus Süd und Nord zu sehen, und sie miteinander zu verbinden. Friedrich Schiller begründete Zusammenhalt der Menschheit mit Freude - Freude aufeinander, aneinander, füreinander.
This Travelbug should go around the world to the people from East and West, South and North to see, and join them together. Friedrich Schillerfounded cohesion of mankind with delight - another pleasure each other for each other.
Im Sinne der Ode an die Freude, soll der Travel Bug ein Symbol dafür sein, dass durch Freude am Spiel (Geocaching), Menschen miteinander in Kontakt kommen und zumindest über einen Travelbug miteinander verbunden sind - dennoch ist Freude eine Basis aller, die einander Freunde sein wollen. Im Sinne Schillers: Alle Menschen werden Brüder, wo der Freude sanfter Flügel weilt.
For the purposes of the Ode to Joy, is the Travel Bug to be a symbol for the fact that enjoyment of the game (geocaching), people come into contact, and at least one Travelbug connected to each other - yet joy is a basis of all the other friends want to be. In Schiller's sense: all people are brothers, where gentle wings of joy will be.
Genauso wie ich, verlässt der Travelbug in der 37. Kalenderwoche Jena und zieht in die Welt - aber mit Freude! Freude!
