We were looking for a yellow jeep and found a camo Humvee instead. Oh well! It should do a bang up job of keeping us from getting stuck just as the jeep would. Tell GI Joe we'll deliver his ride to another secret rendezvous spot and pass on the location within a fortnight.

  • Humvee at Fort Webb We thought the ghost of a civil war soldier would be able to make very good use of a Humvee, so we dropped him in a cache at Fort Webb in Bowling Green.
  • Humvee and a Corvette Humvee wanted to be a Corvette, so we took him to the Corvette Museum for a look. They are both GM products, so there was a possibility. After looking around, Humvee decided that these sports cars are way too wimpy, so he asked us to drop him somewhere else.

We can move the Humvee to the Washington area where he can practice being a politician. After all, as Clausewitz said, "War is an extension of politics, by other means". Every soldier has to be a politician!
