Dieser kleine Wanderer gehört zwei Hobbyköchen, die immer neugierig auf neue Rezepte sind. Daher unsere Bitte: beim Loggen dem Travelbug eurer Lieblingsrezept (möglichst kurz und einfach) mitzugeben und so ein schönes Rezeptbuch zu kreieren.

Falls ihr's mit dem Kochen nicht so habt, reicht auch ein Hinweis auf eure Lieblingsspeise.


Und hier unser Lieblingsrezept im Sommer: "Curry-Mais-Salat"

Dazu 1 Dose Mais abtropfen lassen, etwa 1/3 - 1/2 Glas saure Karottenstifte aus dem Glas dazu geben. Eine Zwiebel und etwas Schnittlauch oder Petersilie klein schneiden und unterheben. Das Ganze mit Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker würzen und einen guten Esslöffel Currypulver beifügen. Mit 2 EL Essig und 1 EL Öl vermischen. Guten Appetit.

DadwithTools, Hwy88 and I were heading out for our first day of 'serious' caching in the area. Hwy88 took some photos while DadwithTools located the metal ammo can here at 7:35 a.m. It doesn't look like this TB has been to Washington state yet. So, we'll take it home with us and then drop it there. Thanks for sharing. We live in the area of Dungeness Bay/ Dungeness crab is native to our area. A freshly cooked crab with some garlic butter is the best! 🙂
