Second Ducky to travel under this TB code

The original version of this travel bug has disappeared from the game TWICE!  So.  I decided to give it new life and a new mission.

If you are a frequent cacher (once a week or more), feel free to keep this little ducky for a while and "visit" him to every cache you find.  If you cache, but not often (once a month or so), then please place the Floater in a popular cache as soon as you can so that another finder can enjoy and move him.
