My recipe for Quick Oven Salmon:
Ingredients:
oil
salmon
lemon juice
lime juice
cream cheese (pick something with a nice strong flavor)
dill
Directions:
1. Put oil into a baking pan, then add the salmon.
2. Add lemon juice (how ever much you prefer) and top with a little fresh dill.
3. Put it in the oven at 150°C for 35 minutes. Take it out and let sit until 15 minutes before you want to serve it.
4. Top the salmon with lime juice (how ever much you prefer), cream cheese and lots of dill.
5. Cook at 100°C for another 10 minutes until cheese is gooey or melted. If it doesn’t melt totally, use a spatula to cover it over the salmon once done.
Enjoy with a nice salad and garlic bread. :)
