About This Item

Aurora and her friend

This travel bug is one of two mascots for the 2011 skiing world championships in Oslo, Norway.

The mascots' official names are Fnugg and Ull. There was a contest in Norwegian newspapers, looking for names representing winter spirit, etc. Our proposal was to name them Aurora and Polaris, representing Nordic nature yet still internationally understandable. As you can tell from the TB name, we prefer our idea... :)

In den letzten Tagen, Wochen uns in Ausnahmefällen sogar Monaten habe ich so einige TBs und Coins in Händen gehalten, hatte aber nie die Zeit, diese zu loggen, was ich hiermit nachholen möchte.
