To travel the world as it educates geocachers about the courage and strength of SuperSibs everywhere. This SuperSib would particularly like to travel to France and Venice and have her picture taken wherever she goes.
SuperSib is the title applied to the sibling of a child with cancer or a life threatening disease. In many ways, SuperSibs are the unsung heroes of treatment. While Mom and Dad are busy trying to tend to the medical needs of the sick child, SuperSibs often feel worried about their brother or sister, or jealous at all the attention they are receiving. Very frequently, they miss out on activities because their sibling is in the hospital or needs to stay at home to prevent infection. Huge medical bills lead to sacrifices from the whole family. Wants and sometimes needs are unable to be met. Our two beautiful daughters became SuperSibs in August 2009 when their brother was diagnosed with Langerhans Cell Hisitiocytosis, a cancer like disease. There have been many trials through their brother's year of chemotherapy, but through it all, our SuperSibs have proved to be amazing inspirations to everyone they meet. So, it is in their honor that we release this travel bug in hopes that she will travel to all the places that our SuperSibs have dreamed of visiting. May the pictures of her travels bring smiles to the faces of SuperSibs everywhere. :)
Several people have asked for an update about the SuperSib's brother. We are proud to say that after he has been Chemo free for 1.5 years and is still in remission. :)---Updated 5/11/12

I have been enjoying the pleasant company of other trackables, during Covid, safely and happily in the luxurious Harry’s Hat Travel Bug Hotel.
But now I have checked out, and am ready to travel to an event tomorrow in Wangaratta, and am looking forward to travelling further on my journey
