About This Item

Cache Cow bug

This cow began her travels in a cache in Kansas that got stolen. I bought another cow and started her again in Colorado using the duplicate tag. She has traveled to Indiana and Michigan and then returned West to Nevada. In Nevada she got as close as two miles to where my son used to live (where he lived at the time cache cow was released in Colorado). I thought that was an interesting coincidence. For six years the cow traveled the world and then came home to visit its owner. She began traveling again by being placed in a cache in Estes Park, Colorado. Please be kind to the cow as she has now traveled over 20,000 miles in over 7 years, and she may be tired.

TL;DR: We don't have the trackable (and feel sorry for you if it means it is still missing), but stumbled upon its discovery code.

The story: I discovered this trackable/coin when I cracked the cache "Msportis Coinlihaus der 2." and then was able to reverse-engineer some Coins/TBs of the owner Msporti as well. By pure chance / luck while testing out possibilities for this I also came across this TB/coin. We hope that it's okay that we discover it, if not, feel free to delete this log. TFTC/TFTT 😉

Finally put the cow back on the road. I'm a horrible geocacher; sorry for the pit stop. Placed in a cache high in the Sierras. Hope it does better in someone else's hands.

Picked up the cache cow. It will travel to Phoenix with us. Not sure yet where it will be placed.

My sister in law and brother in law and I found this cow a the first bug hotel I have seen. It was so exciting. My husband and I have only been caching one week. I love cows so I picked this one. We decided to travel from Broken Arrow to Bartlesville to return her to her home "resort" for a little rest. We had so much fun. Thanks! RR Tigger

Six years after we released this bug, it has come home. I'm giving it a rest before it starts another journey. Thanks to RR Tigger and BigOlBear and friends for returning this cow.
