Current Goal

The N.I.E.L.S. Geocoin was designed by N.I.E.L.S. (Noordbrabants Informatief Event Langs Spoor) initiative and minted by KarelKraak. The coin was released on 11.th June 2010 during the 3rd. NoordBrabants Informatief Event Langs Spoor Event (GC23VGR) in Noord-Brabant, the Netherlands.

The front of the coin features the international maritime signal flags, international sign language, flag semphore system, braille and morse code with the corresponding letters of the alphabet. Thus it can be used as a decoder geocoin during geocaching tours. The puzzle pieces in the centre of the geocoin represent the four members of the N.I.E.L.S. initiative. The back of the coin shows the name of the initiative as well as the words "De letters zeggen alles".

In total 100 pieces of the N.I.E.L.S. Geocoin were minted:

  • N.I.E.L.S. Geocoin (Antique Silver) limited edtion - in total 75 coins minted
  • N.I.E.L.S. Geocoin (Antique Gold) extra limited edition - in total 25 coins minted

Heute waren wir in Eindhoven beim Mega Event. Dabei konnten wir einige TB´s und Coins entdecken. Dieser hier war auch dabei. Vielen lieben Dank fürs zeigen dieser tollen Coins.

Bei sehr schönem Wetter und in einer kleinen Gruppe auf dem GeoCoinEvent in Eindhoven gewesen. Dabei auch diese schönen Coins gesehen. Danke fürs discovern.

Vandaag ben ik op het geocoinfest in Eindhoven geweest en heb daar vol bewondering staan kijken naar deze mooie verzameling Coins. Op locatie zijn enkele foto's gemaakt en vandaar uit werd het me mogelijk gemaakt om een hele serie coins te discoveren.

Deze Tb's kunnen ontdekken bij het geocoinfest te Eindhoven.

In einer kleinen Gruppe haben wir einen schönen Tag beim GCF 2015 in Eindhoven erlebt. Dabei sehr viele Coins und TB's gesehen. Vielen Dank an den Owner, dass wir seine Liste mit den sehr schönen Coins discovern durften.
