My mission, being a tree, is to broaden my horizons and to visit as many woods or forests around the world and to spend some time with as many different kinds of trees as possible. I can't wait to get started and thank you for moving me on! Please post photos of my travels so my owners can see where I have been - they are weird like that!
The Birnam Oak, as its now known, is reputed to be part of the forest from which King Malcolm (of Scotland) soldiers cut branches to disguise their attack on Macbeth at nearby Dunsinane Hill. (You can find the tree located at N56º 33.668 W003º 34.555)
