First trackable! Drove three hours to a funeral and found this tb tucked away in a staple of my hometown of Grayson, Kentucky ("Big K" GC2F39Y). Mad props to the cacher who brought some much needed relief to an otherwise emotionally challenging day. Since the tb's mission is to give a recollection of my intro to caching, I'll mention it here (idk if this is the correct forum, but hey, why not?) At the time of this find, I've been caching for about a week. I use an android device for my gps. One day I was perusing the market and saw an open-source and free app called c:geo by carnero. Being an MS student in Geography, I was intrigued. Downloaded the great app, signed up to geocaching, and was out caching w/in the hour. Great fun. So I give total credit to the currently embattled developer carnero. Thanks for the geocoin, DrJustice! And thanks, carnero, for the great introduction and fine piece of code. 😁
