At the time that I am writing this Barney is in the extreme north eastern part of the country. I will be in Miami in mid-January, 2004. Let's see if he can make it down there to meet me! If you have Barney in your posession would you be kind enough to write this new quest on Barney's back? I'm sure he would greatly appreciate it.
Following is the text describing Barney's original goal:
"Huh huh! Hi there everybody! Boy it's great to be here. My new world tour starts in Nashville, TN this September. Please help me get there soon! If I don't, I may just start singing that song. You know the one. Don't make me sing. You don't want me to sing! : )
PS I'm in a race with Matchless Monkey and I'd really like to win!"
Well, it seems that neither Barney or his competitor, Matchless Monkey, had much motivation in their quest. Alas, Barney has gone far, far, far from his original goal. That's OK, though. I think he's happier seeing the country than spending his time in dreary old Nashville.
