This tag has a somewhat unique mission: travel from cache to cache in a way determined by each cacher who picks it up.
For example: Cacher A discovers the tag, and comes up with a mission for the next cacher to pick it up to perform before moving it along to another cache. Cacher B finds it, carries out Cacher A's mission, and plants it in another cache. Cacher C performs Cacher B's mission, comes up with another mission for the tag, then moves it along, etc.
