Woggle Bug

This travel bug has been missing for just over a year. It was logged on the Pittville park 2 "Lakeing around" cache listing page that a cacher named as MattGardner actually wrote in his log that it was picked up. I have emailed a few times with no response, so I have made a laminated copy and am re-releasing.
