Sadly, this seems to be the way Geocaching has gone. People with no morals have decided that OUR trackables can be THEIR collectibles.
It is why many people have started to place xerox copies of the travel bugs and geocoins instead of the actual traceable. And many others (myself included) have had second thoughts about placing trackables at all.
It is a **** shame that people who agree to the rules of the game turn their backs on fellow cachers. And it is nothing less than a complete lack of morals and decency that they would commit theft of another cachers property.
