This travel bug was released on an important date in GirlGuiding history the 20th October 2010,the end of the centenary celebrations, where every girl and woman involved in guiding were invited to renew their promise together at 8.10pm.
The hitch hiker is a one of the celebration promise badges which were awarded on that evening.
