10/28/2005 - Looks like the Colonel has hit the west pretty hard and needs a change of scenery. He's not picky, take him anywhere you go.
Thanks

Just for old-times sake, I want to ride through the states of the old Pony Express. The present day states of Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, and California before I return to the town bearing my name; Cody, WY.
William F. "Buffalo Bill" Cody was born in Iowa in 1846. In 1859, he tried his luck as a prospector in the Pikes Peak gold rush, and the next year, joined the Pony Express, which had advertised for "skinny, expert riders willing to risk death daily." Already a seasoned plainsman at age 14, Cody fit the bill.
After 143 years it's time to let Buffalo Bill ride the Pony Express again. For more info see:

Oh boy! I need to apologize for holding this one for so long, but I just dropped off the "original" last week in the "More Power Cache" in Primm, NV! Since this duplicate has been placed, though, it won't let me log it there!

Sorry to see this bug might be MIA. Originally we met up with this TB on 27 Sep 03, but passed it along to another cacher without logging it in a cache. At first we just made things simple by leaving a note, now we are logging it in. Unfortunately, in order to do this, we had to grab it from another cacher. It has not moved in over 4 months though. We will E-mail this cacher so they can regrab it, but if it is not regrabbed by the previous cacher or the owner, we will place it in a TB graveyard in a week.
Sincerely...Aim High!

This was a really cool place for the bug -- nice view of the surrounding area too. We'll try to get the Colonel on his way soon.

Grabbed it, looked at it, and then traded it to another geocacher at the UTAG Echo Trip #1. Over 70 bugs there and lots of geocachers doing lots of trades. I've never seen so many TBs in one place. Aim High! & Kido
