We released the TB at the cache in "Hitachi Fudoki no oka park".
"Fudoki" is a regional report that the central government ordered province governments to submit in 8 century. The Fudoki is a very important historical record to know ancient forklore, landscape, local history, economy and so on. Particularly, the Hitachi no kuni fudoki (edited in 713 AD) is one of the five complete fudokis which is remaining until the present. It makes easy to know ancient history of present Ibaraki prefecture. The park was built to commemorate the city was the place where an ancient capital of Hitachi Province was placed.
