Current Goal

No goal really.  We just thought with a title like Traveler, this would make a good travel bug.  Just give it a listen and keep it moving.

Grabbed this TB because it intrigued the living hell out of me. Have had it for a few days and once I finally listened to it, I was very impressed. Both my wife and I love the music. Very talented individual and very good lyrics. We'll find a home for this bad boy next week when we go on vacation. TFTB!

AHA! At long last, a 'regular' cache that's actually 'regular' sized! I just had to find a geocache that specifically said that it was an ammo can directly on the cache description. As an added incentive to find a place to put this, I planned it so that dropping this TB off would be my 700th cache 😁.

Man, you don't realize how hard it is to find a cache to fit a TB of this size until you actually need one.

On a related note, why must people mark caches as 'regular' size when they're CLEARLY small?!? The geocaching page clearly says an 'ammo can' is an appropriate size to use the term 'regular' for. When like... 3 or 4 of your cache containers could fit in an ammo can, that is NOT a regular sized cache!

Same with Altoids tins... those are not 'small'... they're 'micro'.

The hunt shall continue! I may need to find one marked 'large' at this rate... but given recent finds, that'd probably be the size of a tupperware container that manages to be unable to hold a CD 😛.

Drat! I was hoping to leave the TB inside this cache marked as 'regular' size... but unfortunately this was another case of something that should clearly have been marked 'small' being bumped up for whatever reason. Oh well... looks like I'll have to find a place a little bit closer to home for this guy.

Huh... can't says I've ever heard of Johnsmith before. Although, I found it a bit of a funny coincidence that when I played it in my computer (thankfully, the surface of the CD still looks pristine), the first song it randomly selected was indeed 'Traveler'.

Not bad... not my cup of tea for the most part, but not bad in general. I'll move it along, hopefully finding a larger cache to place it in when I head to Kenora, Ontario tomorrow. If not there, I'll move it along as soon as I can.

Sorry for holding this one for so long, but I was not able to find any large caches lately in which to place it. This Traveler is now a bird watcher at Oak Hammock Marsh, one of the nicest wildlife areas in our province.

Off to Canada to do a few concerts. Had a listen on the way north. Nice tunes. Too folky for me, but the lyrics were nice. Thanks for sharing!

Very nice music. I am sure the folks in ND will enjoy it too.
