While out hunting a 10 stage puzzle cache (GC232EV) which took 11 hours and 12.5 miles of hiking to complete, I found this horseshoe wedged into a tree alongside one of the trails I was walking on. As soon as I saw it, I knew it would be a great travel bug idea and something to commemorate the epic caching experience our group had that day. I think it brought us good luck and maybe helped us find the final cache location.

We are happy to stumble upon this good luck...this is our 3rd cache...my wife, dad and 3 kids were on this hunt when we found it...my son and I were wearing our cubs hat when we found it...saw it originated in IL... was this coincidence or did the charm.find.us ;). We will log its travels and plant it somewhere soon. Thanks!
