I am starting this TB in our nation's capitol. I would like it to return to "the other Washington", where I live, in the capitol city, Olympia, via the capitol cities of as many states, provinces, and countries as it can.
Feel free to move it along from cache to cache, even if you're not travelling to a capitol, so I know that it hasn't been lost.
