Cascão likes to travel but has a great fear of water. He fears rain, bodies of water, showers and taps. He is fascinated by big monuments and wants to visit as many as he can and be photographed next to them, before he returns to Lisbon, Portugal, to tell his owners all about his adventures. Please take pictures of Cascão next to monuments has he travels along with you, but keep him dry and away from rivers, beaches, lakes... oh, and especially bathtubs.
Cascão is the family name of it's owner Rita. Cascão ('Smudge') is also one of the main characters of the Brazilian comics Turma da Mônica ('Monica's Gang'), created by Mauricio de Sousa. He is best known by his great fear of water and because of that he has never, ever, taken a bath. Cascão is Rita's first travel bug (her aunt Teresa made it from colorful fabric). Please take care of him :)
