[CZ] Loupeznik Rumcajs je pohadkova postava z Vecernicku, jejiz pribehy vysly i knizne. Autorem televiznich pribehu je Vaclav Ctvrtek a ilustroval je Radek Pilar a oba tvurci se podileli take na kniznim vydani. Rumcajs je jicinsky svec, ktery je pro urazku nohy starosty Humpala vyhnan do lesa Raholce. Stava se loupeznikem, pozdeji se k nemu pripoji jicinska divka Manka a jejich syn Cipisek. Rumcajs je bezesporu nejznamejsim jicinskym hrdinou.

[EN] Robber Rumcajs is a fairy tale character in bedtime stories, these stories were also published in book form. The author of the TV stories is Vaclav Ctvrtek and they were illustrated by Radek Pilar and both authors also participated on a book release. Rumcajs is cobbler from Jičín, after he insults the mayor Humpal's legs, he is driven into the forest Raholec. He becomes a robber, later his girlfriend Manka joins him with their son Cipisek. Rumcajs is undoubtedly the most famous hero from the town Jicin.
